These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Kushinda Logistics of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By using the site you agree to them.

Information on this website

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the information on this site is general. It is not a quote or an offer, and it may change without notice. Customs rules, duties and permit requirements change from time to time, so always confirm the details for your shipment with us.

Quotes

  • A quote is based on the cargo details you give us. If the cargo, its weight, its dimensions or the route turn out to be different, the price may change.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Unless a quote says otherwise, it does not include customs duties, taxes, port charges or storage, which are payable by the cargo owner.
  • Sending a quote request does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree to it in writing.

Our services

Clearing and transport services are provided under the terms of the booking or agreement we make with you for each job. If those terms differ from these, the booking or agreement applies.

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information and documents for your cargo, and for making sure the cargo is lawful to import, export or transport.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on the information on it. Our liability for services is set out in the booking or agreement for each job.

Intellectual property

The content, logo and design of this site belong to Kushinda Logistics or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Privacy

How we handle the personal data you share with us is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Tanzania.
